These pencils are great fun! They come in a metal storage case with 3 trays of pencils which are all sharpened and ready to go! You can use the tin lid to put one of the trays so you have protected and easy access to 2 pallets of pencils. The pencils are softer than I'm used to, but I discovered it makes blending easy without the pencils being messy. The colors fill in nicely when doing a single color or blend, as needed. The pencils also come with a coloring sheet, and you can sign up to receive additional weekly sheets for practice and fun. Zenacolor has also been very attentive after I received my pencils, and offered tips for how to care for the pencils. Their customer service is polite, professional and responsive! I have enjoyed using them so far, and can't wait to get to more 'serious' projects!
