easy to use. I had trouble walking my beagle and miniature dachshund. They barked/twitched at pedestrians, cyclists, gold carts and other dogs. It was awkward! Someone mentioned buying a citronella collar. So I bought this. It emits a citronella spray when the dog barks more than 2 times in 1 minute. It only took my dachshund 3 sprays and he stopped barking. I don't even put them on it anymore. I just clip it to my shorts and remind them not to jump or bark. I say this to both dogs when I see another walker/dog approaching. When they don't bark, I praise them. I still leave the collar on beagles because they sometimes track and smell and as a beagle they bark very loudly. But even then, the collar will spit and his attention will be distracted, and he will stop barking. I've had 3 neighbors come up to me in the last 2 months to tell me how well my dogs are behaving now. I can say hello to my neighbors and leave with confidence!
