No better not buy Heat Lamps

We bought this kit for chicks when the light is on in the temperature control unit and that then the light doesn't (should) work into the wall but if you plug it into an outlet. On the wall it works well, separately. I replaced the product when we needed it and the replacement meant it was the same! Something is wrong with the way they are made and I would not waste my time on this product again, it would be a restoration of both.
