Review on 🌀 MAYU Swirl Water Pitcher: Innovative Vortex Technology and Colored Base Design, 51 Oz Borosilicate Glass Carafe by Richard Simmons

The first one they sent me was defective and it was a brown J swirl instead of the teal swirl I ordered. They seemed happy to replace the carafe first and then the base as both were defective. They said they have released an updated version and will be sending it. The base took months to arrive and when it finally arrived it was a very pale washed out gray more like what they are selling and not at all like the photo they are promoting. So far no reaction to spoiled color (again). Although they seem eager to help make things right, their products have been wrong and flawed every time. I originally ordered it a few months ago. It looked so beautiful and I wanted to love it. To update. To update. The company sent me another replacement. Obviously the green stone doesn't match the ad so I went with an earthy color that looks like the picture. I feel bad because the customer service is great I just think they need to fix the creases in the photos.
