The sides should be higher
I liked the quality. I found it very difficult to flip hash browns or anything like that. The food kept overflowing. I bought it for my camper. After the first trip with him I decided it wasn't for me. He was excellent at preparing steaks and fish. I bought a higher side and found that I am very happy with it
