Review on Capresso 560 01 Infinity Conical Grinder by Kris Feezy

I've spent time reviewing hundreds of products that I've purchased because I have authentic user reviews on that product. After two and a half years of use this will go down in history as one of the biggest waste of money and disappointing product I have ever bought. It finally became completely useless yesterday when the cheap and poorly constructed plastic canister that held the beans finally crumbled in my hands. When I first started using this I figured it wouldn't last long so I followed the 'do not use in dishwasher' rule. Hand wash only" so that the heat of the dishwasher does not wear out the plastic prematurely, but also does not extend its lifespan. And the most annoying thing is that you can't find a replacement part for this item anywhere. You would think that something so prone to use would have a source for it. And that's not the only problem with this product. As mentioned in other reviews, this product leaves at least 15% ground coffee in the housing after the grind is complete and you have to take the grind ring apart and mix the remaining grounds because if you don't, it's a few days later . This builds up and causes the grinder to become stuck and stop working. Very difficult to clean, fragile and tiring and painful to use on a daily basis. Save money and buy a good one. Haven't found it yet, but it's not the one. Take it out of almost three years of daily use.
