This is not the item in the description! It comes with Android 9 and not Android 10. Also, their firmware only allows you to connect your phone via bluetooth using the bluetooth search on your phone. Things like OBDII cannot be paired with this head unit despite pictures and description. I didn't delve deeply into the customization as it doesn't even remotely match what I was thinking of buying. I will definitely return it. The system seems decent, but I don't pay for lies as a matter of principle. ****UPDATE PLEASE READ**** I've upgraded my rating to 3 stars. Although it wasn't Android 10 and I was initially disappointed with the delivery, the seller contacted and offered a partial refund, pointing out that they had old stock and I had received the wrong one. The non-working ODB2 is another minus for this device, as is the floating menu button, especially if you plan to use a different launcher. I'm returning it anyway because I already had it and I liked the Einkar that I wanted to upgrade it and that didn't help. But it deserves 3 stars for a good seller and ease of use. Good seller, not a great deck. Browse their store and get what you really want.
