WiFi turns out good for routers

So, two main problems with this device. First WiFi breaks off. Very annoying to have to restart the router. Second, changes made through the web interface are not always implemented. It seems that the device freezes a little. It happened more frequently the first few days I had it, it's been a week now and it hasn't happened again, but it hasn't been necessary to make many changes since. The router was shipped in a large bubble envelope. Routers are pretty vulnerable devices so I'm not sure if this is the cause of the problem or not. I checked if there is a firmware update but there is none. I checked how the latest update works for other devices and it's not good at all. Given the issues I'm having and the poor performance of the next update with no date on when it will be available for this device. me to return it. Really sad. I have a Slate model (750S) and other than a very outdated version of OpenWrt running on it I'm generally happy with it. The problem is now with the latest version of Gl.inet, which uses the current version of OpenWrt but has too many problems for me to even consider installing on this device. Finally, I move away from Eq. inet, at least until their software release schedule is more timely and functionality is solid. For those with the technical skills, it may be wise to use your hardware and install OpenWrt. It's too much work for me. I want to relax
