I like how easy it is for my account manager from SmartWater Central Florida (which was installed by AquaStar)to update me via email when there are changes in our service area or billing rate! This makes keeping track of things much easier than before because everything can be updated at once instead one having have wait until their next scheduled visit which could take months sometimes!! Also love being able to change what programs we want offered so as they become available.
Not really anything i dislike about this product but just wish more options were added during initial setup - maybe even an option between monthly/quarterly bills?? My current issue has been resolved though since switching over using Aquastar's system- all accounts get billed every month regardless if someone had signed up last year etc.-also no longer need paper bill statement anymore either now its digital only. !!
