Bad implementation.
Works and fits a 200 x 200mm VESA TV, but two small pre-drilled holes allow for the 8mm screws needed to mount a Samsung TV and Not. included all mounting hardware (the bracket also had none). I ended up having to buy M8 1.25" screws and washers and then drill holes according to the size of the screws to mount my 32" Samsung TV on it. I would give it a much higher rating if I didn't have to spend a day tweaking it to work with a very common TV brand.
