
Needed as a base layer for running and cycling in wintry conditions (5-10 degrees Celsius with no wind) - underneath I would use thermals/fleece. You have sensitive skin and they are comfortable and don't chafe. 60-90 minutes full. I haven't tried it on the bike yet. Height 176cm, weight about 75kg (165lbs and 5ft 10in) with a triathlon build. Bought the large one based on the reviews. As a base layer, it's a bit crumbly. Not a problem as advertised, but more serious athletes looking for a tight base layer are advised not to go upstairs. I'm on the medium build and this size would probably be best for me. Would appreciate more for the gym/strength etc.
