Review on Walker Exhaust 31631 Flange Gasket for Exhaust Pipe by Charles Barney

I covered this gasket and joint with muffler glue before clamping, just to exhaust prevent escaping gases. I used a Bosal clamp as the Walker clamp was too big. I leave it overnight after clamping to allow the cement to set before testing. I didn't hear or feel any exhaust leaks so he handled the cement. I don't know if cement was needed, but why risk it?
