This is one of those rare lip balms that really moisturizes in a luxurious way - it thickens - and doesn't leave your lips feeling like the balm is really drying them out so you have to reapply everything. the day is long. My lips are chapped - none of the lip balms I've bought from Pharmaca, Whole Foods or anywhere have worked as well as this one, and I've bought over 100 lip balms over the years. My newest products have included the expensive Shea Butter product from Weleda and Pharmica, but this one is much better. It's also important to stay hydrated, which I haven't really thought about for my lips.
