UPDATE As soon as the seller found out I couldn't send the video (due to Revain's size limit) I was sent a new set of lights. I received it in a few days. Turns out the part that plugs into the wall and then the light bar was defective. Once we replaced that part, everything worked! We didn't even have to change the light bar on the wall! My son loves these lights! He uses them with a remote control (included) and an app on his phone. We ordered these lamps for our son's bedroom and he was delighted! He spent an hour placing them on the ceiling, aligning them, checking the glue sticks, etc. But when he plugged them in, only a few colors were available. When he partially turned off the strip, other lights came on. We contacted the seller who responded immediately and asked for a video of the problem. I've tried repeatedly to share videos, but Revain limits the size to 10MB. So now I'm stuck with bulbs like this and have no other way to fix it than taking them off and putting them back on. How painful!
