This is the second Meraki Go device so I'm already a bit familiar with the app. Setup was pretty easy, and as someone who has installed routers and Wi-Fi extenders before, I didn't find it difficult. I don't have much IT experience, but I've dealt with several similar devices and lengthy support calls, so I've learned a few things. This is an outdoor unit with an IP67 rating, which means it's waterproof and can stand in the rain. . This allows the user to create up to 4 access points, which is especially useful for businesses. You can even generate a QR code for your customers to access, just scan and get started. A really nice touch that will impress the customer or guests. We use this for outdoor cameras and while I'd like to forego WiFi cameras, I really like being able to access a live feed remotely from anywhere. This could be a security issue as anyone who can tamper with your WiFi could leave you in the dark, but that's a different issue. Whatever it is, this device works as promised.
