Works well but the thread comes loose
The winder worked well but creaked a bit. I don't have a spool organizer to attach the winder to so I just tossed it over the edge of the box and it worked. I put some soap in the rotating part of the winder and it helped a lot to get rid of the squeaking. I'm taking off a star because the little slots at the end of the spool are too big for the embroidery floss to offer resistance to the thread, which just slips off and unwinds. They might as well not be as bad there as they work.
