Honest review here. Everything corresponds to the description and the picture. This is a Poura wine aerator. Pouring wine through the topper will oxygenate the wine. That means you don't have to let the wine breathe for 30-60 minutes or use a carafe. That's a great gift. Love it, just wish the spout was a little shorter. It's quite long and awkward, hence 4 stars out of 5. It works great and its spout doesn't drip which is great. I can recommend it.
