Very weak and unreliable
I didn't know which grill to get. Chose this one because of the high reviews. Whoever rated it 5 or 4 stars must have been paid to lie in that review. I opened this excitedly, ready to use my new grill, I bought the meat and chicken, when I started, tons were so weak the meat and chicken slid out, couldn't get hold of them. And it was arm/wrist pain in front of the grill. The wire cleaner started shedding wires after the first cleaning. Very disappointed one star. Stay away from this product if you are a serious cook.
