Short but precise.
This is a very short bit; beware! However, this is correct; When the drill is switched on, there is no oscillation of the central tip of the rod, unlike cheap bits with a rod. I bought these because another supplier supplied a batch of so called 1/2" dowels which were 12mm in diameter. The 12mm dowels fit perfectly into the holes drilled by this hole saw.
