My hair is not very greasy so I only wash it once or twice a week and it is very long. When I got dandruff I was skeptical that I would actually see results. I've seen results after three washes, pretty impressive. I also live in South Florida so I have frizz issues too, this shampoo and conditioner helps with that as well. I give it extra support with a Moroccan leave-in conditioner, the combination works for me. Check it out, I was really impressed, the head and shoulders improved their game.
