Review on High-Speed Titanium Nitride Coated Spiral Grooved Quick Change 4 Flute by Sean Flint

I used these two tools to drill a piece of 3/16 inch steel plate. The larger tool immediately broke the ground in the hole it started. After digging up the fragments I started with a smaller drill bit and it cut through nicely. what to do with it I have never (never) broken any Neiko tools and have been using them for several years now. The smaller tool cuts really well, which leads me to suspect the larger drill might be at fault, but who knows? I contacted Neiko and their response was immediate, but that was a week ago and I haven't heard from them since. I hope they replace the broken drill.
