The product has been opened and leaked into box

I have ordered this brand several times with no problems. However, my product arrived open and leaked all over the box it was in. The product had clearly been previously opened and the plastic around the shampoo and follow-up was sealed with tape. As I said, I don't usually have problems with this brand. To say I was disappointed would be an understatement.
