We have a KitchenAid mixer that was leaking oil and used this product as a new lubricant. 4 oz. The size was perfect, I used a lot of lube and had maybe an ounce left. The consistency is pretty thick and easy to apply. I used a plastic knife and applied it like icing on a cake. It is certified food safe (NSF H-1 registered) which I wanted as the lube could potentially come in contact with the food we eat. I got the device up and running within minutes of assembling it and it's running quietly and smoothly. Time will tell how well the lube holds up, but so far so good.
