Plastic piece that keeps it down breaks
Bought August 15,2018. Just today went to use it, charged my phone. Went to push it down like normal and it wouldnt re-tract down, kept popping back up. On investigation of taking it out of the countertop, the little plastic piece that holds it down into place, was broken.
- Arrived quickly as expected. Sending overseas to be to installed there.
- May not be durable enough for heavy use
