The best thing about this software was its ability to give me notifications whenever there are any changes happening with my clients which I can see right away without having to be physically present anywhere near them. It could sometimes take some time before it will notify you of an update but once they do send out their notification email or call you back if needed within minutes. Sometimes when using smartpeeps as well we would lose connection from our internet service provider and then have problems connecting again after reconnecting everything seems fine however upon checking the status page one might find errors like "connection lost" etc. This makes us worry because we don't know what's going wrong since we're not able to access anything online. If your looking into monitoring your employees who work remotely make sure you test it thoroughly so nothing goes missing during such testing phase! Our office has been very busy over Christmas therefore most employees were working long hours.
