Update: The seller of this item cannot offer support for the included remote control. There are four buttons at the bottom that you don't know how to use. This was bought as an upgrade to the 7 watt bulbs I bought in 2012. Don't be disappointed. I love the new white function where you can input the Kelvin to get the perfect level. And with the new 9-watt model, special functions are synchronized and not every bulb fulfills its function, as with the 7-watt model. This is definitely a buy!
