I ordered two size mediums for my two doxies. According to the size chart my dogs were a medium based on my measurements. They need an XS or small but this company doesn’t have that size. I do like the hind leg elastic bands to help keep the raincoat on. Sleek material but I cannot attest that it is waterproof/resistant.the jacket also has material that covers your dogs front.chest area .There is a reflective stripe and a little hood that you can tighten. I do like it but it’s just too big. I would size down. For reference my dogs have an 18inch chest and both weigh 16lbs.
