Dell customer service is the worst and won't help you to replace a broken cable

Worst experience with Dell. I love this monitor so I bought another one for my home office. This one did not come with a DP-DP cable. All 3 cables that come with this monitor are not working properly. The screen kept flickering. Mind you I have a Dell laptop and docking station, I figured it would run just as smoothly as my other Dell monitor. I call Revane to ask a Dell representative to help me. The first time it was sent to a technician 5 times and I was told that they could not verify my purchase and refuse to return me to the first agent who verified my purchase. I had to chat and call again, this time the first Dell rep didn't even listen to finish my story, he ended my call and I stayed with Revain support who was very nice and felt bad, they made a gift card so I can replace the cables. Not Dell, Revane. Under warranty, first day of purchase. wow dell
