Reverse electrical contacts

Does not match the picture. The image of the product shows that there is an insert inside the electrical connector. But he isn't. This one seems to have stayed behind. It didn't fit properly in the electrical connector. I didn't check the electrical connection before installing it, so bad of me. I had to take it off to see why my electrical connector didn't fit properly.
