Ideal for connecting a second monitor to a Macbook M1

This adapter is ideal for connecting a second external monitor to a MacBook with the new M1 processor. I connected it to an existing USB-C dock with an HDMI and a USB port. After connecting the adapter to the USB port, installation of the DisplayLink driver is required for the system to recognize the second monitor. This is an economical option if you need multiple monitors on newer Macbooks.
