Review on Dell WD19TB Thunderbolt Docking Station + 180W AC Power Adapter (130W Power Delivery) by Tyler Parker

The product had a serious problem when I received it, when I tried to connect it via the power cord, it shorted out and would not turn on. That was before anything else was connected to the station itself, so there was clearly a malfunction within the station. I was a bit frustrated that it didn't work as I've used this type of station before and it's amazing. Hoping to find a solution I contacted Dell to see if they had any advice and they said they were just looking for substitutes, but unfortunately this particular product (via the IT Store) is a product from Hong Kong. so they couldn't help me directly. I 100% recommend this station just make sure you have a reliable way to book it.
