Finally a dock with no problems

I am currently using it on my Alienware M17. I used 3 different docks, two with Thunderbolt 3 and one with USB-C only. This dock is by far the best. My current setup has two monitors, one is used at 2K and the other at 1080P and used as a drawing tablet. All peripherals are connected to the docking station with monitors and everything works fine. With one cable I can separate or connect the whole set. I should note that I had to upgrade all my drives to get everything working. Initially, the…

Dell does not warrant any product unless purchased directly from Dell.

About a month after I received the device, the dock failed. After spending a total of three hours on the phone with Dell support, they informed me that their warranty period begins when the product is delivered to the retailer. When I received the product from Revain the warranty had expired. The documents I received from Revain indicate that the product was provided by BecTech Global. This is the last time I will buy a Revain Dell product. Looks like I lost $240.

Works very well with my new XPS 15 DELL

It worked great not only with my laptop but also with the Mac and it worked without any hiccups. Just make sure you get the WD19TB and not the WD19, which isn't a flash and is about $100 less. Another supplier sent me WD19 twice in a row and I had to switch suppliers.

    Station power problem

The product had a serious problem when I received it, when I tried to connect it via the power cord, it shorted out and would not turn on. That was before anything else was connected to the station itself, so there was clearly a malfunction within the station. I was a bit frustrated that it didn't work as I've used this type of station before and it's amazing. Hoping to find a solution I contacted Dell to see if they had any advice and they said they were just looking for substitutes, but…

Failed, I assume "refurbished " but it doesn't say anything

The first thing you notice is that there was a sticker on the inner box with the device and accessories, which someone then partially tore off. The velcro remained on the box and part of the sticker remained. This leads me to believe it wasn't new when I received it. The company sent it through Prime, but not from Revain. Dell's website sells it for a bit more, and that's probably how they manage the low price. I had an old TB16 that suddenly crashed when I opened a Word document. Nothing will…

Required for a new Dell computer

Well I hate to share this info with you but the attachments in your computer again go very small like for your mobile phone and there are only 4 of them and a card hole. So if you have the old popular spade connectors they won't fit your new $4000 Dell computer which is a great product with great support and amazing features that can be customized to your liking but if you are like me, are you old-fashioned, long plugs that are also needed at home and for which this docking station is needed…

    Mostly good best docks

I had a Dell WD15 dock that I used with my 3 year old XPS13 for a few years. Over the last 6 months I've been trying to replace the Dell with a Surfacebook 2, a couple of HP Specter X360's and a couple of Surface Pro 7's but it all came back due to my issues with docking stations and setting up multiple monitors as needed in my office. None worked with WD15. I chose the Surface Dock 2 for the last Surface Pro I tried and it had its issues. I had both a Wavlink for HP and a Belkin Thunderbolt 3…

A bit disappointed but works for the price with some caveats.

I've always wanted a one-cable solution. I have this docking station for my new Dell Precision 5750 with a Xeon W-10885M processor and 64GB of registered DDR4 memory along with a 2TB NVMe SSD (1TB x 2 RAID 0) and an NVidia Quadro RTX 3000 GPU Bought. I am using 3 monitors at 3840 x 2160 and thought I could use this dock to drive 3 displays and use my nVidia GPU. It does not work. The HDMI port recognizes a 4K monitor as a 2560 x 1440 monitor. It recognizes the other two monitors as 4K monitors,
