I am so glad I bought this cage. It's solid and the base is great and well made. Something as random as the wheels are wide and well made so they just slide when you move them. I read that a bigger cage can extend the life of birds so I started looking for a bigger cage and found this one. It was pretty easy to assemble. The metal rods have a special coating and can be easily wiped off with a damp paper towel and, if necessary, sprayed with a bird-safe cleaning spray. The plastic base is made of a material that is easy to wash and looks good. The tray is nice, deep, easy to put forward. I bought the white seed collection net separately and it really makes cleaning very easy. 95% of the seeds and feathers remain in the cage and fall to the ground. In fact, it's easier to clean than a small cage. This basket height allows you to mount the seed catcher higher than with a small cage. It comes with 4 feeding bowls with a removable hood to keep the seeds from flying all over the place. There are a couple of small doors and a large door at the top and bottom in the front. All are easy to open, but close tightly and securely. I really have nothing negative to say about it.
