I like how easy it was for me as an admin to use this tool. It's very user friendly. I have tried other similar products in past but none came close compared with its ease of using! There isn't much dislike about any part so far except maybe the price tag may need some improvements because sometimes we tend not always afford those things especially when the product doesn't meet our needs or expectation. Well worth trying out if they're still working on their pricing plan then do give them another chance for now only they can help us be better at what we love doing which is helping others by providing solutions to problems through software. For being just one of many tools available out there, my business has greatly improved since i've started using YNICLE from both sides- clients, customers and also myself. My job profile changed into more focused than before while solving different issues.
