break very easily. bad customer service

I bought maybe 8 or 10 of this model for several different locations.break very easily.bad customer service, even though the machine is under warranty, the process is aweful.they at first ask you to trouble shoot yourself the issue and then ask you to send it back- you pay for it and the delay to be inspected is super long and no guaranty they will fix it

Best machine ever, it is a little bit slow but does the work perfectly.

Requires regular calibration to maintain accuracy
