replaced the screen of my acer one. and it worked!
I followed a youtube guide (and accompanying instructions that linked to online guides) to replace a broken Aspire One screen. and it worked great! It's like having a new Acer netbook again. Hooray! I can still benefit from it for a few more years (now that I've installed Linux Mint on a different partition). The instructions weren't entirely clear, but one could work with it after looking at the manuals. Give him a chance!
