Without a doubt, this is one of the most comfortable shoes ever made. It's reinforced foam and they did a great job with that. The shoes are a bit baggy and I've found anecdotal comments from wide footed friends who have bought a pair and found them accommodating. I have enough 4 pairs of shoes to last the next 5 years and I tend to buy 4 more when they lower their prices. I've had nothing but great reviews on the style and the tread still holds up well on the first pair after about 600 miles. The only downside is heel slip, but this is corrected by using the top eyelet. This is NOT designed to be walked on straight out of the box, you can, but invest in the best insoles for arch support as these shoes have the fewest of them.
