Since I was keen to hang my beautiful triptych on the wall and also wanted to create a "floating" look, I used a micro lathe and drill press to reduce the diameter of each T-slot to 3/16" outside diameter. A lot of effort and time went into the money invested, the end result was a success but not the best solution to my name for the application.
