I like that it's easy for newbie developers as well experienced ones who are familiar with JavaScript world but doesn't know about NodeJS or any other server side scripting languages such as PHP etc., It is very simple & user friendly API which makes building bots super quick! There isn't much customization options available at this point of time so if your looking out something specific then be prepared because there might not many plugins/addons available yet.

If nothing else works just use Jenny Bot its awesome toolkit for creating Chat Bots using Natural Language Processing(NLPR) techniques only! For example:- You want an automated bot where people will have option to select their favorite brand from list by simply entering "Ferrari" into text box after typing few characters they'll see all cars matching what was typed along with prices associated with them.- Automated help desk system- Auto email marketing systems.
