MicroMain is a great system. It has most of the basic functions you would expect in any CMMS system and some other nice features as well.
In general, Its interface is quite friendly and user-friendly. The navigation is easy to follow and there are many screens to help you find the information you're looking for. The number of customizable features are impressive. It can handle multiple facilities with ease and will even integrate with Google Maps to help you find the closest location. If you want to add more locations or change a feature, you don't have to start over - just make the necessary edits. There is plenty of documentation to get you started and if you run into trouble, the helpful Support Team is only a phone call away. One major drawback of the software is its inability to import data from third party systems such as ERP and CRM. This is probably due to MicroMain's early development stage.
