This bag contains a lot of accessories. I have 5 balls of yarn (or more). They are sorted by slots where I have different projects. Lots of supplies including: a full set of DPNs (I made a case for them), a set of interchangeable circulars, a bunch of different sized straights (15" straights only fit in a pocket on the back of the bag (I'll probably get a Make holders for them to keep them (not dangling in this bag) I also stuffed a set of circular saws into the "project" section of the bag. I added a small plastic organizer in the front pocket for all my notes. There are large pockets for every bag size, including the top. A few flaws in the bag. All pockets are large with no sorting for small items (which is why I added a plastic organizer for notes). A small sorter, a small zippered tome, is for hooks, so your knitting supplies probably won't fit in.
