But since October, I began to notice a deterioration in the quality of the steak. At first, I started to sin against the "butcher", I bought steaks from another company, and at the exit - the same: hard, juicy (raw) . For the fourth time I noticed that the underside of the steak was "pale", slightly seized in places - raw! Turned on the grill without plates - both heating elements are heating up. Decided that the failure in the "program". Another time, I turned on the grill first in another program until the signal (“ready to cook”), turned it off. The grill has cooled down, began to fry the steaks in the appropriate mode . Excellent on top, slightly "grabbed" raw on the bottom! It's not only disappointing, it's infuriating! "Intellectual system" from TEFAL at the level of garage China! I think this is the problem: at a certain stage, the lower heating element is turned off and the output is a half-baked (in fact, spoiled) steak. Electric (one-sided frying pan comes out ( (Yes, grill care of course). And one more thing: the cooking time and indication signals have not changed. I'll try to contact the service under warranty .
