Updated Review: I was contacted by customer service and said they thought I received a defective pedal. They sent me a new set within 2 days. I haven't tried the new pedals yet. But great customer service. Once I've tried them for a few weeks I'll update again. Original Review: When I received these pedals I was very happy with them. They worked perfectly for a few months. However, I had problems with the left pedal. I was driving on a dusty road and some of the dust could get into the bearing through the seal. It was super squeaky. I disassembled the pedal, cleaned and lubed it. After a few rides, the creaking stopped. I don't know if they need servicing often, but I've definitely not had this problem with other pedals in the past. Maybe I just got a bad one from the bunch.
