It's easier to live best in the kitchen and dining room

I bought my cast iron at a church sale with rubber handles but lost them before leaving and didn't understand. So I had to use oven mitts or towels which always burn. You made life a lot easier. Cast iron is heavy at first, but it makes it easier to move around the kitchen during cooking if necessary.
