First of all the installed unit looks very nice on the wall thanks to the slim design and minimal size of the support bracket. However, I have a suggestion. The wall anchors provided are for concrete or brick, not drywall (yes, that was what the online description said). The instructions state that if you have drywall, as many customers like me probably have, you should purchase a pole finder to locate the pole in the wall and make sure the middle of the three anchors is in the middle of the pole . Well, honestly, most customers like me will probably want to position the shelf where they want it, not just where the stud is. Besides, who wants to buy a spike finder if they don't already have one to put this shelf on? So I had to run to the hardware store and buy three 5/16 inch anchors specifically for drywall. My suggestion to the manufacturer is to include concrete and drywall anchors, even if that adds pennies to the price.
