The idea behind the floating shelf is NOT to see the mounting hardware. If you place it at eye level or higher you will see the screws and all the mounting holes. There is no front panel. Looks terrible on the wall. I don't understand why so many people agree with this.

Elegant product. It was easy to install and was delivered to my home quickly. I definitely recommend this product to everyone. Especially if you want to keep cords or cords out of your entertainment TV area. I am very happy with this product and get many compliments on my entertainment department in my finished basement.

This is great and goes well with my TV. Easy to install, especially if you have a power drill. I suggest you install in a hairpin (I used a hairpin finder). I'm glad I found the pins before I installed my TV, otherwise they would have been off center on my TV. Glass quality is first class. It holds my DVD player and Apple TV. I would buy again!

I like this small wall table. I installed it right next to my cinema. I keep my remotes, stands, etc. there very conveniently while enjoying my favorite movie or show. I will say that I haven't checked how much he can hold. This is glass, so it would be wise to "not" test these limits. I thought I'd like the vivo logo to be visible, but I'd say it's not bad at all.

I cannot proceed with the installation of this product at this time. Using a cordless Makita with a 5/32 drill bit, I drilled 2" into a bolt (found with a bolt finder) and then used a 10mm ratchet to drive the bolts in. I wanted the mount to be level, so I slowly alternated between the two screws. Before I pressed the top bolt against the wall, it broke (see photo). The mounting hardware provided is terrible. Drywall anchors pull straight out of the wall and are not designed for screwing. Luckily I had several different types of drywall anchors on hand, so I used mine instead. It's best to use drywall anchors that extend past the wall for a secure hold. I'd definitely recommend getting some other drywall anchors before you start installing as I assume you'll still have to look for them later if you don't. There were no instructions in my package (Amazon Warehouse Deal) but I have already installed a lot of such things (levelling, marking, drilling, assembling). Unfortunately, the fixing kit that came with this shelf was useless because the plastic drywall anchors didn't stick or press against the drywall.
