Review on AMSZL Damascus Stainless Professional Ergonomic Kitchen & Dining by Melissa Hill

The knife itself is very sharp. It even arrived already sharpened but since it came in a very padded box and had blade covers on it I didn't have to worry about cutting myself on delivery. However, what I have learned about this knife is that it cuts through the toughest meat like melted butter. The cheese was a bit more difficult because there were no holes. But I can also cut through all kinds of fruits and vegetables without feeling like I'm sawing through them. The handle lies very well and firmly in the hand. While it's fairly slick, I've never found it slip out of my hand while cutting. Great blade and really easy to clean and store.
