Pros: Compact: This adapter differs from others in that it has no cable between the HDMI/DP parts. It's just a solid piece that I feel is more compact, more reliable and less of a hassle. Stuff: I tried many adapters since I use them on my bitcoin mining farm with 80+ GPUs, most of them were very cheap. , some came with the caps fallen off, others broke on first use, but this adapter is well constructed with quality material unlike the plastic adapter I had before. Works!: I tested the adapter on my ASUS gaming monitor. ROG Swift PG348Q with faulty DP slot. It worked fine with no major issues. The resolution of this monitor is 3440 x 1440. Plug and Play: No need to install software or boring drivers. Cons: It gets a little warm after prolonged use, but not dangerous.
