This is a great diamond sharpener but there is a small problem. A military survival knife or combat blade can be carried with a sheathed sheath. It works better than a whetstone. But selling it for use in garden tools, machetes, etc. is a bit of a stretch. Gloves must be worn when sharpening a machete. A hole in the stone for a lanyard would be great as you can hang it from your belt on your knife, machete, scythe or axe. It would be great to have this design and material on a larger whetstone. Multiple sizes of sharpeners would be much better for use in the garden, in combat, or for survival. It works great with pocket knives among knives, but you run the risk of nicking yourself badly with a larger blade. Metal gloves used by processors in commercial fish factories would be a good idea.
