Good option but room exists still improvements

Our customer service team is very responsive, quick to respond, and provides great insights into each of our users' needs! I enjoy that they always have new ways for us to connect with them too! It's one less piece of communication we use in order to maintain relationships between our marketing department or client managers when someone isn't available right away. Also, this eliminates manual paperwork entry - just post it as an alert if you're not around/in your office; saves me time when needed to find out who is doing what during those times where both parties can’t be reached at once either by phone call or emailing our clients directly through CRM software. Currently trying to figure out how easy they would make adding alerts about events from the conference calls (we host monthly) or web meetings for new hires. Would also allow staff members within my own organization to schedule their vacation requests without having to talk to every single person first. I like the fact that it is integrated with Zoom. It's a bit more expensive than Zoom. It's not as intuitive as Zoom. I wish it had a more intuitive interface. It's a bit clunky. I would recommend this product to a colleague who wants to stay in touch with a larger audience. It allows me to reach a larger audience. I can also see the chat transcripts. It's also easy to share the link with the larger audience.
